Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Reignstorm Firearms website or engaging with our business. By accessing this website or conducting any business with Reignstorm Firearms, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Our Business
Reignstorm Firearms is a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) located at 105 Foothills Road, Pikeville, Tennessee 37367. We operate by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We sell new firearms, ammunition, and accessories, and accept incoming firearm transfers.
2. Use of This Website
This website is intended for informational purposes only. It provides general information about our business, the products we carry, and how to contact us. No firearms, ammunition, or regulated items are sold directly through this website.
By using this website, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing this site for lawful purposes only.
- You will not use any information from this site to facilitate any illegal activity.
3. Firearms Sales & Federal Law
All firearms sales conducted by Reignstorm Firearms are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the Gun Control Act of 1968 and all applicable ATF regulations. All buyers must complete a federal background check (NICS) at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion.
Age requirements for firearm purchases:
- You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle, shotgun, or long gun ammunition.
- You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with all state and local laws that apply to firearm ownership in their jurisdiction. Reignstorm Firearms is not responsible for purchases that are restricted or prohibited under local law.
4. Transfer Services
Reignstorm Firearms accepts incoming firearm transfers for firearms purchased from online retailers or other dealers. All incoming transfers are subject to the following:
- A transfer fee of $25.00 applies to all incoming transfers. This fee includes the $10.00 federal background check.
- For new firearms purchased directly through Reignstorm Firearms, only the $10.00 background check fee applies.
- All transfers require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a passing NICS background check prior to release.
- If a background check results in a denial, the firearm will be returned to the sending dealer. Transfer fees are non-refundable.
5. NFA / Class III Items
Reignstorm Firearms holds a Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) license and may sell NFA / Class III items, including suppressors and short-barreled rifles. All NFA items are subject to federal NFA regulations, ATF Form 4 or Form 1 approval, and applicable wait times. Purchases of NFA items are final once ATF paperwork is submitted.
6. Pricing & Availability
Pricing and inventory displayed on this website are for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. Listed prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or background check costs. We make every effort to keep inventory information accurate, but we do not guarantee that any specific item is in stock at the time of your inquiry.
7. Contact Form & Communications
Messages submitted through our contact form are delivered to Reignstorm Firearms for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not use our contact form to sell, rent, or share your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reignstorm Firearms provides this website and its content "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in website content, any damages arising from your use of or inability to use this website, or any reliance placed on information contained on this site. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed zero dollars, as this website does not facilitate commercial transactions.
9. Safe Storage Recommendation
Reignstorm Firearms strongly encourages all firearm owners to store firearms safely and responsibly. We recommend the use of a quality gun safe or locking storage device and keeping firearms unloaded and secured when not in use. Keep firearms out of reach of children and unauthorized individuals at all times.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bledsoe County, Tennessee.
11. Changes to These Terms
Reignstorm Firearms reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
